Just for reference. I hope this answers any questions about sizing, fitting, maintenance, and model dimensions and specifications. Although these instructions specify the JOFA 390 SR/395 JR helmet models (the 390 SR model was released in the early 1990's, sported by the likes of Jaromir Jagr, Peter Forsberg, and Mats Sundin to name a few), I'm sure many of the instructions and warnings apply to all JOFA as well as other hockey helmets.
Don't forget, "Ice hockey is a sport with intrinsic hazards."
and that you should, "Clean the helmet with a mild solution of soap and water."
